"Where Do I Start?!?..." (Our Process)

We know that a kitchen renovation can seem like a daunting task.  Our company was formed to make this easier, less intimidating and hopefully fun.  We guide you through every step of the way as your partner.  From the initial consult at your house to selecting the granite slab and tile back-splash, we are there with you providing input and guidance.

Our steps:

1. We have found that starting in your space, listening to your needs and wants is the best initial approach.  We want to hear how you and your family live in order to make the best suggestions that will improve your home life.

2. We ask that you come see us at our showroom for the follow up meeting.  This is where things get fun...  We sit down together and view the layout together with our design rendering software.  We show you what's included and discuss possible design options.  This is also where we present you with pricing based on the proposed design.  By the end of this meeting, you get a real feel of where you're headed.

3. Between the time we agree to move forward together and before beginning your project, we schedule time with you to help with selections.  This can be everything from choosing which granite slabs will be in your kitchen to the paint color that will be on the walls.

4. When the renovation starts you are still in good hands.  One of our project managers will be there to coordinate the work and consult with you.  These are not "contractors du jour" like the "big-box" stores, these are people who are vested in Platinum Kitchens' success and customer satisfaction.
